This complete radius rod replacement set fits the 2024 and newer Can-Am Maverick R and Maverick R Max. It gives riders a stronger, more serviceable setup with the adjustment range needed to keep suspension geometry where it needs to be. The billet hex bar design also adds a clean, race-inspired look that matches the rest of a serious build.
- Keep suspension geometry in check with left and right hand threaded rod ends that allow on-machine adjustment of link length.
- Support long-term durability with high-grade 7075-T6 billet aluminum link rods built for demanding off-road use.
- Improve serviceability with a hex bar center section that gives you a solid wrench surface for adjustment and lockup.
- Reduce wear at key connection points with PTFE-lined 3/4-inch chromoly rod ends and 303 stainless steel misalignment spacers.
- Maintain a secure installation with class 10.9 alloy steel hardware used where required in this application.
Each link is CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished with a military specification anodized coating for lasting protection and a clean finish. The rods feature machined pockets and laser engraving for a detailed, finished look. This set is designed as a complete replacement for the factory radius rods. Jam nuts should be installed with thread locker, checked regularly, and inspected before each ride. Paint marking the jam nuts is also recommended so movement is easy to spot during routine checks.
