The system uses laser-cut and formed steel panels, laser-cut formed and welded front and rear crossbars, and extruded 6061-T6 aluminum center crossbars with a sand-texture finish. The side connector plates are CNC-machined and forged aluminum, while the mounting brackets are billet aluminum that is precision forged, post-machined, e-coated, and laser engraved with DRT branding. All necessary hardware is included and uses black-coated alloy steel or stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance. This rack kit is a practical upgrade for riders and workers who need more cargo flexibility without giving up a clean integrated install.
