Strengthen your rear suspension setup with adjustable radius rods built to stay aligned through rough terrain and repeated hard use.
This hex bar radius rod kit fits 2014 to 2023 Polaris XP1K / 4 / Turbo 64-inch models and replaces the factory radius rods with a stronger, more serviceable setup. Left and right hand adjustability at each end makes fine-tuning quicker while helping keep suspension geometry where it needs to be. The result is a cleaner, stronger rear suspension mounting system that is easier to adjust and built for long-term use.
- Keep suspension geometry easier to dial in with left and right hand rod ends at each end for quick camber and link adjustment.
- Support long-term durability with CNC machined 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum rods built for repeated off-road abuse.
- Improve serviceability with a hex bar center section that provides a solid wrench surface for adjustment and lockup.
- Add fitment flexibility across model years with included M10 and M12 hardware sets for early and later released vehicles.
- Maintain dependable connection points with PTFE-lined 5/8-inch rod ends and 303 stainless steel spacers built for lasting use.
The rods are machined in the USA from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with a military specification anodized coating for lasting protection and a clean, finished look. Machined pockets and laser engraving add detail without taking away from function. This master kit includes hardware for both M10 and M12 applications. The M12 spacer can also be used on M10 vehicles on the chassis side as an upgrade path for added strength, though drilling and the purchase of new hardware are required for that conversion. Jam nuts should be installed with thread locker, checked regularly, and inspected before each ride. Paint marking the jam nuts is also recommended so movement is easy to spot during routine checks.
