We now have a solution for anyone who has bent the front of their YXZ front clip beyond repair! We have spent a ton of time perfecting this product for our consumers.
We started with a precise laser scan of the factory front clip to be sure every mounting point is correct and to spec, and from there built a full fixture to ensure every clip is built to the same precise specs. Every notch is precise, and we finished it off by tig welding every piece.
- Weld in complete Yamaha YXZ1000R Front Clip assembly
- Includes A-Pillar Weld In Cross Tube
- Completely Tig Welded
- Laser scanned for precise geometry
- 4130 Chromoly
- Save time and money by not having to swap over a complete frame
- 2016 - 2018 radiator brackets not included - will need to transfer brackets / shroud mounts from old frame
- Steering rack mounting threads are switched from 10x1.25 to 10x1.5 to match our steering rack backing plate kit hardware
